Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The pool was small and the water cloudy. The bath tub did not drain. There was a dirty towel left on the window sill. There was fingerprints / hand prints on the window. We called and asked for new room with working drain they gave us one. The front desk gave us a half sorry for the inconvenience. The new room was not very clean either. The a/c fan squeaked. I called to speak to management I was told he would not be there until the following day at 3pm left message as of 8pm no call back. I was also scolded by the breakfast attendant. Breakfast started at 7 am we had an early event to attend my family went to grab fruit 6:50A.M . Lights where on no one around we started to help ourselves and the attendant came out first words out of her mouth were, EXCUSE ME CAN I HELP YOU? I responded with yes we have an early event we just want to grab something and go. She looked at us and said that she needed to set up we have to leave the area. We did as well as other guests who where in the same area. Then she continued and just walked away without saying anything. Myself and the others are like is it ok to get food now ? Not very hospitable
