Smelled like old smoke
Hotel billed itself at "smoke free" but the room smelled of smoke. Maybe it is smoke free now, but it wasn't, and that smell doesn't go away.

My apologies, we have indeed always been 100% non smoking. However, there is always a guest who chooses not to obey the rules. I wish you had brought it to our attention as we would have been more than glad to have moved you.

My two cents on my two nights
I’m not one to normally write reviews but overall I had a good experience at the suburban. My room had a kitchenette that was cleaned and sanitized upon my arrival. I’m overall pleased with my stay.

I stay at this property during work trips to the Washington area. The grounds are well kept this is especially import because I take my two lab pups with me. There are beautiful parks to run or walk dogs close and there is wonderful food of all kinds with in a short drive. Great value.

It was REALLY off putting when the receptionist was talking about have a gate come down over the desk at night. It doesn’t seem to be in a very good area. There are other exits before or after this one with more choices for hotels.

As any other business would, we shut down for the day by locking our doors at dusk to monitor who is coming in and out of the hotel, and close our gate at 11pm to start our night audit. Will stay here again
Staff was very friendly, especially with our pet. They honored our room location requests too. Only recommendation would be that cleaning crew do a little better job at cleaning/moping tile floors in the pet rooms. Other than that, we had a great stay and will stay there again... we just won't walk around in our stocking feet.

A real gem
Amazing service and front desk staff. We accidentally were put in a room that hadn't fully been cleaned yet. Before we were even in the door, the staff apologized, put us in a new room, and gave us a gift card. The room was wonderful and the hotel and area were very quiet. Not a lot around in terms of food, but it was a 4 min drive to a store to get a beer and a place to pick up some food.

So cozy and clean!
The comforter and bed were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well-supplied, and the room was spotless and well-furnished. Of all the other suites we’ve stayed in, this has been the best. Much better than Extended Stay America and Comfort Inn and Suites!

A very nice hotel that is priced reasonably. The room was very comfortable. I like that all rooms have a kitchen and a full-size fridge which makes it very nice for traveling families.

Good Afternoon, I apologize if you encountered guests without masks, we do everything we can to ensure everyone abides by the mandate. We issue masks to those that do not have them, we do however have a few guests who can not wear masks due to medical conditions, we have however ordered face shields to have on hand.

Two things.FIRST - Location not that great. Not that it was bad area, just nothing you could walk to, and its about 4-5 miles to shopping, restaurants, etc. SECOND - This is extended stay facility so amenities not what you find at typical hotel / Motel. All said, staff was very accommodating ; Facility was clean and comfortable.

Drive a Little Further
We just needed a place to stay while driving 10 hours and we stayed here. It was fine but a little loud since I think DOT workers were staying there while they were working. We came inside and there was a group of about 5 men drinking beers in front of the building. Also in a terrible area and nothing around. I'd never stay here again but it's my personal opinion.

Dog Friendly Overnight Stay
I was pleased that the hotel was right off the highway, newer, and my room was clean. My main reason for staying was because they accept dogs, and the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to give me a first floor room that became available. I loved that there was a mini kitchen and utensils if I had wanted to cook, and the exercise room was a plus. The only negatives are there isn't much nearby or green space when I took my dogs outside. It looked like a lot of truck drivers use this as a layover spot.

Nice facilities, close to the interstate
Booked this hotel because the place we usually stay when visiting Pittsburgh was full. Would stay here again. The rooms were nice and the place is practically new.
