The space:
Welcome to our stunning 2-story apartment in Shadyside! With ample space to comfortably sleep 14 guests and stylish furnishings throughout, it`s the perfect retreat for large groups. We`re thrilled to be your hosts and look forward to making your stay exceptional!
First floor:
As you enter through the front door with the smart lock, a warm welcome awaits. On your left, you`ll find an inviting living room that seamlessly connects to the adjoining dining area.
In the heart of our living room, you`ll discover a spacious sofa and a huge TV, setting the stage for entertainment and relaxation. Adjacent to the living room, you`ll find a dining table that comfortably seats 4 people. We`ve provided all the essentials, including plates, cups, and cutlery, to ensure a convenient dining experience.
Behind the sliding glass door next to the dining table, you`ll discover a bonus space that`s perfect for hanging out and unwinding.
Just beyond the living room, you`ll find our spacious kitchen area. A kitchen island with seating for 4 people awaits, perfect for casual dining or chatting while you cook. We`ve equipped this space with brand new stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.
Exiting the kitchen to your right, you`ll come across a hallway leading to the laundry area.
To the left of the laundry area, you`ll discover a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. We`ve provided all the essentials you`ll need during your stay, ensuring your comfort and convenience.
In this area, you`ll find our first floor bedroom. This spacious bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, a TV for your entertainment, a work desk, a generous vanity mirror, and plenty of drawer space for your belongings.
The second floor:
The second floor has plenty of sleeping options and includes 3 of the 4 bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms.
In the first of our three bedrooms on the second floor, you`ll find a luxurious king-sized bed accompanied by a dresser and a smart TV.
Next to the first bedroom, you`ll discover two full bathrooms side by side, each offering a tub and a luxurious shower experience. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with all the essentials you might need for a comfortable and refreshing stay.
In our second bedroom on the second floor, you`ll find a comfortable queen-sized bed, a full-size standing mirror, a spacious work desk, and a dresser.
Our third bedroom on the second floor offers the convenience of two queen-sized beds, a work desk for any business needs, a dresser, and a smart TV for entertainment.
At the end of the hallway, you`ll find an extra sleeping space with a full-sized bed, separated by draped curtains for privacy.
Other things to note!
~ The apartment is pet friendly and no extra fees for pets!
~ There are security cameras in the front and rear of the apartment for added safety and security for our guests
~ 1 free parking space available at the back of the house
~ Should you require additional parking, you have the option to register for free street parking. Detailed instructions on how to do this will be provided in the check-in instructions
~ Absolutely no parties or events at this listing
We’re extremely reasonable hosts — please know that common sense always applies to all of these rules. You never have to worry about excessive checkout chores (there are none), unfair charges, or any intrusion of privacy.
We pride ourselves on being some of the kindest and most understanding hosts you’ll ever meet.
These guidelines exist only to protect against egregious or disrespectful behavior and to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and five-star experience. If you’re a respectful guest, you’ll have absolutely no issues with any of this!
🔹QUIET HOURS: (8PM - 8AM)
Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests in the building. Keep noise, TV, music, and conversation at a reasonable level during quiet hours.
If a noise complaint is received and ignored, a $200 fine per disturbance may apply.
🔹NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Our building enforces a strict no-party policy. Hosting gatherings, bringing in unregistered guests, damaging the unit, or disrupting neighbors may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal without refund.
🔹NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit or in common areas. A $500 fine will apply for violation of this rule.
🔹NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (WITH REASONABLE EXCEPTIONS)
We understand that sometimes friends or family may stop by briefly during your stay — that’s totally fine. This rule mainly applies to unauthorized overnight guests or large, unapproved gatherings.
Please just send us a quick message if you have visitors and there will be no issue.
If a guest hosts unapproved overnight stays, a party, or a disruptive gathering, a $25 fine per unauthorized guest may apply.
🔹NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Any illegal activity — including but not limited to drug use, possession, distribution, theft, vandalism, fraud, or any other criminal conduct — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
We cooperate fully with local law enforcement when necessary to protect the safety of our guests, staff, and neighbors. Tampering with smoke detectors, security devices, or access systems also falls under this policy.
