loved how close to downtown the property is, we walked whwre we could. parking garage is closed for renovations but the staff was great and provided free valet and parked our car close or in front of the doors most days to help with us having a small child and my husband using a cane. loved the bar and pool as well. the hallways smelled strongly of weed but thankfully the smell stayed in the halls

You walk in and you’re greeted with a smile, you’re treated respectfully and everyone is so very helpful! Second time I’ve stayed here in a year and it is the only place I’m going to book when I’m in the area.

No hot water in our room ( and they didn’t offer any solution besides a voucher for breakfast ) and somehow and employee checked us out of our room a whole day early, and our teens were harassed at our room 3 times in an hour while we were at the store. The parking situation is ridiculous even with the valet option. Will not be staying here again.

Stay was great overall. Room was well appointed and very clean. Especially liked the hotel location as it was walking distance to everything I needed. Only minor complaint is the parking as the attached garage is still under renovation? Would prefer having better access to my car, but the valet was easy enough. (cars are parked next door in the TD bank parking lot)

Overall room was nice and spacious! The cleanliness of the lobby could of been better. The floors were dirty and the elevator floor had spilled coffee on it for 2 days. We asked for our valet car to be ready by 3:30 and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. They also charged my daughter $2 for one fun dip. She was told that they can makeup the prices.

The only thing I did not like was having to park away from the hotel. I did not see anywhwere before booking where they had mentioned parking was not available at the hotel. They are renovating their parking area/garage and you must park a street down. They do have free valet.

The room was cold, and there were no instructions for how to control the temperature. There was no listing of services, amenities, etc. in the room or on the TV. I had no idea where to get coffee, find vending, etc. What happened to the binder of facts about the hotel as well as area restaurants, etc?

Service with a frown
When we checked in, they really struggled with accessing the reservation we made through Hotels.com. Even though we had already paid for our stay they insisted we hadn't, and once they had been shown proof that we had, were very short and snippy with us about how in the future we should call them directly to get a better price instead of going through a website. We had to use valet as the parking garage is closed to visitors due to construction. The wait to get our car back upon checkout was quite long, and our car had actually been sitting out in the front entry area for a long time before they told us it was ready, only admitting it had been there for 10+ minutes when we asked if it was difficult to get to where it had been parked. The pool was fun for the kids and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options, though the food got cold very quickly with the AC on so high in the dining area. The dinner menu was mostly southern food and the service in the restaurant was slow, but friendly.
