'What makes Leonor special is the service. Staff is very friendly. From check in to check out you are taken care of, always with a smile. Food is delicious, bar is inviting and cozy. Room is modern and bed is so comfortable. We also used their parking, very handy. Don't even look further, this is the place to stay in Strasbourg. We will certainly be back! '

'The hotel has a beautiful old entrance and is situated right outside of the city center close to a parking garage. The breakfast selection was big and you could also order eggs or waffles.
We even got a free upgrade from classic to deluxe.
The only downside of the hotel would be the shower. It is a bath/shower combination so the shower is quite low and not as convenient as a regular shower. '

'Perfect location right in the center with reserved parking place at doorstep at the hotel. Small room (normal in France). Bed pillow to hard, two pillows on the bed, maybe next time a soft and hard instead of one hard?'

'Fine stay in a junior suite. The remark at checkin that an upgrade we were entitled to was not available and then was compensated with a free drink was a kind of cheapo. Some, minor, things we missed we will comuncate with the hotel other then there was no climate control in the room. The heath was on or off, Regulating the temperature by opening or closing the windows while heavy roadworks are going on is no picnic. But then again it was compensated with another free drink😉. 'Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De hotelkamer is schoon en zag er sfeervol uit. Douchen kan alleen in bad. Hotel ligt aan de rand van het centrum en daardoor heb je geen last van het lawaai. Zeker een hotel waar wij terug zouden komen. '

We kregen bij aankomst een gratis upgrade naar een mooiere kamer. prima. Het hotel was netjes verzorgd en het ontbijt was naar Franse maatstaf best uitgebreid. De ontbijtzaal is niet te groot.'

"Hotel is advertised with valet parking, but there is none. They have 7 parking spots and then you have to drive to the nearby parking garage. Walking with your big suitcases through the city. Not 5 star worthey. And the garage is only suitible for smaller cars. I booked 3 nights and had to go in and out the garage 12 time, damaging 3 of my wheels wich will cost me serious money to repair. So all the platforms and websites stop advertising this hotel with valet parking, there is none. 4 star hotel max. The food in the restaurant was not 5 star hotel restaurant worthy. Room was good and clean."
