'This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...

'The house was great, the views were excellent. The property was well taken care of, and we had everything we needed. One thing to point out is that one bedroom only had bunk beds, but the pictures make it look like there are three regular sized beds. Not a deal breaker, but could be important if you are planning on rooms for three couples. '

'We booked this property at the last second when we were already in Placencia because there were issues with the property we had booked. The owner was extremely patient with me as I bombarded him with messages, trying to get things lined up. The house is very clean, well equipped and air conditioned. There are tastefully designed signs around the house which give good info about the water quality, the shower and house info like the wifi. One bedroom does not have AC but I would guess it would...
