'The Salty Mermaid is a great place to stay on Little Gasparilla! It was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The 3 bedrooms all had comfy beds and sheets. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were a lot of towels in the house, but if you use them all, there is a washer and dryer included. There is a dining room with a table that seats 6 people. 'The cottage had everything we needed and more, it was beautifully decorated, with a Caribbean Island vibe! Great location, very close to the beach and there is a dock for boating and fishing. 'Everything was as described. The host, Kristin, was more than accommodating. She even saved our dinner one night by dropping off some things we forgot. If you’re looking for somewhere to just relax, this is the place. Just note, there is some planning ahead involved due to the ferry. All in all, we would definitely stay again. '

'My wife and I returned energized and relaxed. We had a fantastic time. The place is a hidden gym. Management was very attentive but laid back. The beaches are pristine, untouched nature. Marina next door where you can rent a boat. Phenomenal get away destination. We will be back.'

It’s a great place to stay with family- the separate apartments helped everyone have their own space and downtime. Everything was great with no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.'
