'Very friendly staff. They are always smiling and willing to help your requests. Laundry service available. With this location you are very close at the Ratchaprapha pier with a 20 minutes car trip. '

'Gerard and his wife went above and beyond. From when we arrived to inquire about available. We were ask to join them for dinner. We had already purchased are food. But the gesture was fantastic. Gerard was also helpful in directing us how to hike to the near by waterfall. I unfortunately didnt take any pictures of the property, but please take my word for it, it is well worth the stay. '

'This is one of our favorite stops in many many years of traveling. First of all we have to give major gratitude to Soisuda, who we affectionately nicknamed “Auntie” because she always made sure we had everything we needed, cooked amazing breakfasts, and set up one of the most phenomenal tours we have ever been on. 'We stayed at the Lane Bay Villas for a second time this year and we are again so delighted of our stay. The staff is very polite and always trying to make you feel comfortable or provide you with everything you need. The house cleaning was excellent. The see view from the front villa is amazing and having breakfast every day on the front table with this view was amazing. 'Great value, very nice room and room service, handy location, although would be good if you could rent a motorbike. Air conditioning in room was great, though the rest of the hotel is very hot but not a big deal given they are obviously saving energy.'
