'This was a great day. It’s a pretty new hotel so everything looked so fresh and clean. The staff was helpful pleasant and quick with requests such as an extra pillow. The pool was wonderful and breakfast was great. Not just continental. Waffles of course which are stable of hotel breakfast but biscuits and gravy over the weekend bacon, sausage eggs. Great experience.'

'I can’t believe based off my experience that this place had good reviews. The smell of pee was horrendous in the room, the bed was awful and the train was loud all night. I got no sleep. The outside appears fairly clean in a small little town but as soon as I opened the door I about gagged. Since I booked through third party I knew I couldn’t get a refund. I Would NOT recommend staying here.'

'My husband and I stayed at Icicle Village Resort for 4 nights mid week and were very impressed with our stay. The hotel and the grounds were beautiful and very clean. Loved the option of two pools and hot tubs. . The mini golf was fun, but does cost $10 per person to play. They also have a games room, a small area for disc golf with available discs, a pickelball/basketball court, and lots of benches and tables around the property to chill and relax. 'The property itself, the rooms, and the facilites are top notch. The dining room was a disappointment with eggs Benedict overwhelmed by garlic and breakfast potatoes swimming in oil on the plate. I would stay again but would eat elsewhere.'

'Staff Megan and Kristina at the desk were very welcoming. Its an older building but very nice and the rooms were very clean and maintained. We did have an issue with the AC and immediately we were moved to an upgraded room. They were very professional and extremely apologetic leaving an apology treat for the inconvenience.
