A full bathroom is ready for your convenience, and thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and iron make packing light easy. Whether you’re relaxing inside or planning your day, this awesome spot provides everything you need. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

This is a garage apartment above the owners personal home with a private entrance. You must love our friendly dogs to stay in this property as they will want to play and interact with you!

Loft is situated above a Private Garage with Separate Entrance and private parking. Loft is waterfront and fishing is permitted! Wonderful romantic couples getaway, honeymoon seclusion, a complete digital cleanse for city dwellers, or a perfect writers retreat!

Food: Your stay includes a morning breakfast for your first overnight, freshly baked organic bread or bagels, fruit Marmalade and organic butter, and our very own organic hen eggs. Keurig Coffee maker and gourmet coffee pods provided. Small, Weber charcoal grill and accessories are provided on your open deck.

Activities: Bring your own fishing gear and enjoy fresh bream, crappie, bass and bluegill from our private 5 acre lake that you prepare on your kettle grill while overlooking the lake and forests. Late evening hours bring calm. Sit by our fire pit, lakeside, and share that special bottle of wine as you make s'mores! Kayaks and life jackets available for guest use. Walk our trails, fish our lake or simply kick back, relax and enjoy your time off !

Travel: From Atlanta, GA or Chattanooga, TN, one hour. We are 20 Minutes from Interstate 75 from exit 306. 15 minutes to Berry College, Rome, Calhoun, Summerville, Barnsley Gardens and Adairsville, Georgia. We are a pleasant 2 1/2 hour drive from Birmingham, Alabama.
