'This property sits in a quiet, safe neighborhood and an older home that seems to be a renovated 2nd floor/flat. It is extremely clean!! Everything was in working order. Beds were extremely comfortable. TV's were updated (one in the living, one in one of the bedrooms (not the master)). Even though one full bathroom, it is large and had enough space to spread out. The stacked washer and dryer are full size and up to date. Kitchen appliance all up to date. Reasonable amount of dishes for our group...

'We had a fantastic weekend visiting HMS Medical Students. The Grandma, mom and Aunties tour. Started late late Thursday evening when we all arrived at our West Roxbury home, sitting around the wonderful kitchen table and sharing travel stories with wine. Home was perfect location 20 minutes from everything. Quiet setting. Great sleeping. Comfy beds, soft linens. Communication with Susan always quick and helpful. Highly recommend.'

'Very cozy small place in Braintree, a few minutes outside of Boston. Good heating and AC. Comfortable low bed and pillows. Nice desk to work in if you need to. Excellent internet. Bathroom was nice and clean. Only issue was the TV, the screen would black out while sound still played. We didn’t really use the tv anyways. But other than that, our hosts were very accommodating, communication was 5 stars. I would stay here again. Thank you.'

'For this kind of hotel and the price, there was no internet available. For business reasons towards Europe, the only way was to get down to the Starbucks at 5AM to have access. The staff was indredible unhelpfull, though friendly, but adsolotely no urgency or interest in the matter. To spend +250$ for such disaster without any compensation is absolutely not to book a Hyatt again in the next couple of years.'

"It is surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel is outdated and dirty, especially the elevator. The floor in the room was very sticky and dirty and some towels were dirty as well. Also very noisy. Do not recommend!"
