'Creo que deberían tener más cuidado en el personal que contratan, llegando a la habitación no había toalla de mano y sólo había 1 toalla de baño, tuve que marcar 2 veces a recepción para que me las proporcionaran y me decían que las enviaban y nunca las llevaron, ambas personas por la prisa de tener que salir, tuvimos que secarnos con la misma, las camaristas abren la habitación sin tocar y se enojan de que el huésped siga ahí cuando pasan para realizar el aseo, me hospedé 2 noches y al regresar...

'Very clean room after house cleaning, and very respectable workers. The parking is a plus if you have a car or are renting one. Good AC unit in the room, my only complaint about the stay is the pillows provided. Some more supportive pillows would be amazing. If I ever come back, I'll know to bring my own from home. 8.5/10'

'The area seems only good for being close to the major bus terminal. 6 minutes walk if that. Definitely not a tourist zone. My room was large with lots of natural light. Bathroom was a good size also. Very good hot water in shower and basin. My sheets were clean however there were long hairs on the floor and one on a pillow. The linen seemed clean though. Bath towels also clean just very old and a bit ragged around the edges. Not a major but no remote for the big tv.'

'Fantastic location, fantastic staff, and a gorgeously preserved property. Being in Buenvista gets you close to all forms of transit throughout the city. The building not only provides a slice of unique history, but it has accommodations that so many others don't, even including a laundry area! Rooms are quaint, quiet, and have everything you need. The water gets hot. Very hot! Other reviewers must have just not been patient with the beautiful, old building. This place is so lovely, it feels like...

'Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. '
