'Great first time experience on a houseboat. The location was perfect with access to a Cuban coffee shop and the excellent Old Tavernier restaurant. The boat was clean and well layed out. Heidi is the best VRBO host I have ever had. She is supper attentive and includes many items to support your stay (E.g. beach towels, sun screen, etc.). Thank you Heidi for a great experience!'

'Melanie, the property manager, was responsive before and during our stay. The amenities at the property were well kept. Our unit was adequately comfortable, although small. The description on VRBO warned of limited paper products and lack of coffee, sugar, etc. so we bought items prior to our stay. '

'Our family of five, which includes three teenagers, all agree this was a great condo in a fantastic location. It has some very resort like amenities (pool, hot tub, private marina and beach, on site restaurant, plus a bar/snack shack at poolside). Everything was clean when we arrived. All beds are comfy. Location is easy to access, always easy to park, and served as great base for all of our adventures throughout the Keys. No regrets in this choice!'
