'the house was great for our needs - it was nicely furnished fully stocked with the essentials in the kitchen. the host checked in when it was especially cold to ensure the heat and water were working correctly. the living room was very comfortable with leather reclining chairs and a gas fireplace that heated the room very well. I would suggest a simpler way to obtain the Wi-Fi password, perhaps a note on the fridge with rules about check our and garbage pick up too. It might be helpful to add some hooks or towel racks in the bathrooms and perhaps replace some of the doors in the bedroom, great room, bathrooms cluster with pocket doors to avoid crashing as people come and go. 'This is a gem of a place. I have stayed at the abner many times and am delighted to say it is always a treat. The hotel is warm charming sparkling clean and perfectly located with shopping and dining just outside your doors. The rooms are comfortably appointed with all the extras of a posh stay . The breakfast is a must and don’t skip the frittata. Dinner is a cozy culinary experience with an ample menu to cover many tastes but dine exquisitely. 'The girl at counter initially helpful- one employee down- so she had too Much to do- graduation weekend- chaos- our room was not acceptable- ac malfunctioning, no other room available - banking like crazy - girl couldn’t help - overwhelmed With customers. Booked thru Expedia- so they intervened and we got our money back- the hotel initially didn’t want to do that. Maybe other times the hotel is ok- might be just one off'
