The villa spans 330 square metres and is arranged around bright open-plan living spaces framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that capture panoramic views of the Aegean. Five master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, are thoughtfully styled for comfort and privacy, making the property ideal for families or groups travelling together. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern appliances supports effortless in-villa dining, while additional amenities include air conditioning throughout, WiFi, cable television, a washing machine and a private gym.



Outdoor living is central to the experience, with a large swimming pool facing the sea, generous terraces and shaded lounge areas for relaxing, and dedicated outdoor dining spaces suited to long alfresco meals. The rental rate includes a meet and greet on arrival, daily maid service, weekly linen and pool towel changes and signature bath amenities. Additional services such as private chef experiences, transfers, vehicle hire, yacht charters, excursions, spa and wellness treatments, villa pre-stocking, extra cleaning and private security can be arranged at an additional cost. No pets are permitted. A refundable security deposit and any agreed optional services are payable in addition to the rental price.
