Taking its name from the small coastal resort it sits in, Lemonia Platanias is a short walk away from the beach, local eateries, and shops. At car optional, you're within walking distance from the amenities. 
With two bedrooms, this villa is great for up to four people. You'll find your own pool and evergreen garden to enjoy with friends and family, whilst inside is cosy, with an open-plan living room and kitchen for you to enjoy.

Important Information - Please note this property contains internal horizontal railings (ladder effect). Please ensure children do not climb and remain supervised at all times.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 97cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. There is one step down from the terrace to the pool area, where the pool itself has step access. The terrace is a mixture of tiles and lawn. Inside, there are 3 steps down to the ground floor bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a door width of 80cm, whilst the door into the bathroom is only 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 80cm wide.
