Gite du Marais - Plateau D'hauteville

In the heart of the Hamlet of Saint Sulpice, in the commune of Plateau d'Hauteville, the Gîte du Marais has been completely renovated to offer you a bright gîte and quality materials. It is adjoining, horizontally with an owner and year-round rental. Arrival in the village, a parking space is available in front of the cottage. You access the gite, on one level, by an independent door, which opens onto an equipped and functional kitchen with its standing table and its lounge area. In the extension, a corridor leads to a separate toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms, both with access to the private terrace. The first bedroom has a 140*190 bed and the second bedroom has a 90*190 bed and a second 90*200 bed. Through interior access from the hallway of the gîte, an external laundry room is at your disposal to take advantage of the washing machine and dryer as well as a space for storing skis.
