'The Brick Street Hotel was easy to find and the parking was great. We did notice an odor when entering the room. We ran water in the shower and the sink and it finally dissipated. It would be nice if you could cover the bright degree signage for the AC unit on the ceiling. It felt like we had a night light on and could not sleep well. My husband said his side of the bed was dropping and he did not prefer the mattress. The Artisan Restaurant was wonderful and the food tasted great!'

'Really quiet room, was just what we needed'

'Room was good and clean, the elevator wasn't working and ice machine didn't work. The hotel looks like it is being updated and may have recently changed owners.'

'This room was excellent. Very clean. We were there for a softball tournament. My only complaint would be to get another washer and dryer. I had to wash uniforms and had to wait on a guy for a long while. Besides that very comfy beds. Everything was great. As to getting there the construction was rough. But very good overall.'

'The property is old and it needs updating for the price they’re charging. Room smells like urine and Lysol. All ice machines were not working on the property. Lastly, because I booked through Expedia they charged me a $75 security deposit in addition to what I paid Expedia. They said security deposit would be returned in a few days and was charged because I went through Expedia. I’ll stay elsewhere next time.'

'For a new property, there’s apparent wear and tear. Bathtub was scuffed and room snowed like marijuana. The sheets had what appeared to be bloody spots and the wash clothe from previous usage was still laying there. All of this made me feel uneasy. The pillows were uncomfortable and the AC was so loud that it was hard to fall asleep. Breakfast and coffee are available in the lobby, but not free compared to other hotels in the area.'

'Staff were friendly and helpful room was clean and it was accessible to what we needed'

'Pool was great! And unlike many resort pools, the service for a beverage was plentiful. However, the main restaurant was closed on Wednesday of our Wed/Thur stay. On Thur night when we did finally get to go to the restaurant they over cooked our $50 steak. The pool snack bar was also closed and it seemed like housekeeping was short staffed because the hallways were lined with bags of trash and dirty linens all day. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.'

'Carpets were sticky and dirty. Had to change rooms twice due to the door being stuck the first time. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Not a fan of how dirty and moldy and unkept the bedrooms were'

'Check in clerk was very friendly and accommodated our request for room location. Room was clean. Beds were clean. Bathroom was clean. Grandkids loved the breakfast options, including cereal and waffles. Food was warm. Would absolutely stay here again when traveling through.'

'When I arrived at the hotel the front desk lady was super nice and let me do the check in before the time. The room was clean and organized no problem at all. Around the hotel everything looked good. I will stay in this hotel again'

'The stay wasn’t too bad. You get what you pay for. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed is awful though they definitely could upgrade those. It was so hard and kept sliding around.'

'Pros: Staff was helpful and courteous. Limited interactions with staff. Prompt and kind interactions at check-in and check-out. Very pleasant gentleman. Noise from surrounding rooms was minimal. Non-smoking room as expected. A/C cooled very well. Cons: Hair found on sheets of both beds and bathroom floor. Loud A/C unit made TV difficult to hear.
