'Without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm and genuinely helpful, always going out of their way to make our stay special. The all-inclusive offering is exceptional and honestly represents ridiculous value for money – the quality of the food, drinks, activities and facilities is outstanding. The food was consistently delicious, with a fantastic variety at every meal, and there was always something new to...

'Excelente localização, pertinho do centro histórico. Quarto limpíssimo. Recepção impecável e atenciosa. Amei tudo na estadia.'

'The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful details. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. The location was perfect. The check in location was tricky to find- but if you go in the Meta Sky bar and all the way through to the back on the bar on the top floor you will find it. Or use the call button at the hotel entrance and they will come find you. For US guests be aware top sheets and wash cloths aren’t to be found - this seems to be the case in most of the places we stayed in Italy...

'Room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast a little bit limited but the rest was good'

'Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft.

'Mooi, nieuw hotel.

Top!'

'We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is spectacular. The rooms are roomy, very nice. The pools and spa services are top notch. The location is great, Ortesei is a great town and base for hiking in the Dolomite’s. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, do it!'
