The location is exceptionally quiet yet conveniently situated for public transportation. The Preißelpöhl tram stop is a three-minute walk away and takes just under ten minutes to reach downtown or the train station. In the immediate neighborhood, a bakery, a butcher shop, and a large discount store are all within a one-minute walk. There are plenty of recreational options: the city forest borders the street, the outdoor pool is two minutes away, and it’s a five-minute walk to the White Elster River.
There are plenty of public parking spaces available on the street. Public parking is also plentiful in the immediate vicinity. You may stop in the courtyard to unload, but parking is not permitted there.
