'This property was absolutely fascinating. If we could give it 10 stars we would. We stayed in the hummingbird suite and it was breathtaking. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The drinks were very yummy and the pool’s temperature was perfect. We had one in our room also and it was also great. I can’t stop raving about this place. Our favorite boutique hotel so far.'

'The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take...

'We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did.'

'Property is kinda old and outdated. Furniture is old and ac unit was old and a little loud ,bedding and towels were nice and clean but this place is sold as an all-inclusive but units have like a kitchenette but no kitchen utensils at all. it has a coffee maker but no mugs neither coffe supplies like creamer and sugar were provided hell not even bottles of water. Most of all-inclusive resort have minibars with drinks. here, forget about it, just an empty fridge. Food buffet is very limited...
