It was beautiful, however it was very unorganized and limited Americans, which isn’t all bad however, when you’re trying to socialize, there’s no one to socialize with. We felt like outsiders no one really wanted to talk to us. Staff focus more on locals. Pools and bars closed early. Unless you book 60 days in advance, your likelihood of getting into a restaurant is slim to nothing. We paid extra to be in the artis building definitely not worth it. The excursions were nothing to write home about and were super busy and super unorganized. We definitely wouldn’t return. The resort itself was beautiful however very smelly. Way overpriced and overrated.
