We are sorry you felt this way, but the area where we are located is very safe, we are at a 15-minute walk from the center, our facilities have a security guard at night, our location is available in all platforms, information about the neighborhood is also online, it is a calm, quiet area and we are on Fifth Avenue where many people pass by doing their exercises, families walking, people with their pets, etc. The feedback we receive from previous guests regarding the security is excelent, including the ones that came with their cars. The cleanliness is double checked before the arrival of each guest, the area where we are located is very safe, we are at a 15-minute walk from the center, our facilities have a security guard at night, our location is available in all platforms, information about the neighborhood is also online, it is a calm, quiet area and we are on Fifth Avenue where many people pass by doing their exercises, families walking, people with their pets, etc.On the day of your arrival, you arrived at 8:00 pm telling the guard that you did not like the area and that it looked very unsafe, the suite was given to you and then at 2:00 am you came down saying that you wanted to cancel and that you wanted to leave, that the room was dirty, but you waited so many hours to mention it, the guard checked the room and it was used by you for the hours that you closed your door until you left. We regret the events that occurred, but there was no fault on our part, we are honest and when we make a mistake we accept it and we agree with the guest to improve the situation, the information on the platforms for making reservations is very clear and we are also always vigilant and available for the guests with any doubt or concern so that we can resolve it as soon as possible. We continue to improve every day to serve our guests.

And we solved the problem with the hot water during the first morning of your stay. We also offered you a room free upgrade, which you enjoyed for 2 nights.
