I am not sure what all the criticisms are for. Decent hotel 5 minutes walk from the beach, friendly staff at the front desk, warm water in the shower each night. Neighborhood was not run down as people stated. Not super elegant but suited me just fine for a couple days.

Muy fácil acceso,a buena distancia del mar y cerca de la terminal ADO, tranquilo para dormir, lo que noe gusto es que el internet estaba muy intermitente, encontramos un halacran la primera noche y de la limpieza, el cuarto no se veía sucio, pero basura que deje tiradas a propósito y siguieron ahí después dela limpieza.

If you like the noise and the vehicle echo from the street; or you like the kids screaming, or you like could not sleep well at night, you will like this hotel. I have asked changed room from the front but have been denied in a rude way. Therefore we suffered for 8 days&nights.

I can't leave a detailed review as we only used this hotel as a cheap and convenient 1 night stay before leaving for the airport. It was exactly that. The room we had was basic and had a very strong chemical smell but we got used to it through the night. Pay close attention to the room you're booking because I honestly thought I'd booked a completely different type with a kitchenette and outside window due to pictures on the booking but after closely reading the booking I did in fact book the quadruple room that only had one tiny window at the top of the wall and the other full sized window in the room looked out into the hotel hallway. Obviously not an issue for our one night but we would have been very disappointed had we booked our entire vacation here. It's a small thing but we were really grateful that they allowed us to store our bags in a locker after check-out for free as we had a night flight so didn't want to have to lug our bags to the beach and keep an eye on them all day. For the price of the place and the great location we didn't have any need to complain!

Prooerty was not great but fine. Only time i talked to the staff they were very helpful but they weren't overly friendly. The towels were old and the ceiling fan was filthy. I liked the location. 5 min walk to the beach and 5 th ave also.

El hotel no da aspecto de muy limpio el servicio de habitaciones pobre,las toallas de muy mala calidad y tenia que ir a pedirlas a recepcion porque la mucana las sacaba y no las reponia el wifi muy malo en la pagina de internet figuraba un piscina que cuando llegue y pregunte donde estaba me dijeron que no tenian,no dan un buen servicio.

This was a nice hotel as for walking to the beach and attractions in the area like 5th ave. The one thing I didn’t like is that the room really needed black out or thicker curtains as my room shared windows with the hallway and the opaque curtains did nothing to shield the hallway lights from beaming into my eyes at night. Overall the place was clean, and I would stay there again.

From the moment we checked in this place was terrible. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The room advertised fridge in room which is the main reason we got this room and there wasnt one. When we went downstairs to ask she said it was an error with expedia not them. Also the door lock to our room was broken and the soap dispenser didnt work. Book elsewhere

Air conditioning not working but they fixed it. Now it's cold but very weak fan. The mattress is soo hard. Wifi is not very efficient. And even if you are far from the 5 avenue, music comes from the neighborhood so it's very noisy.

Close to Main Street but quiet. A bit expensive for what they offer. Will need and upgrade on bed sheets and towels as they are old, and not so clean. This is one of the very few hotels that offers hot water.

Fueron dos aspectos que no me agradaron, el chek in era a las 12 y les pedi si me podian guardar mi equipaje pero solo se podia hasta las 2 pm, les pregunte si se pagaba un extra y dijeron que no contaban con el espacio, una colcha q nos pusieron en la habitación estaba manchada como de sangre y también se los hicimos saber a las chicas de limpieza a nuestra salida, lo demás me pareció bien

According to the pictures and information on hotels we booked a room with a small refrigerator and stuff. We needed this for our kids. I showed the staff my booking but that didn’t help at all. There is no one speaking a word in english, we tried som Google translate but the stuff just came up with the same explanation and replied that we should call booking. And also the guy wrote to us that we will get another room the day after our arrival. I thought that sounded ok but the day after they had changed their mind and we didn’t get the room we had booked. They are far away from service minded. Our family have been out travel for three months now and this is our worst stay this far. Our room did not have any windows so also it got very dark and boring. We spend minimum time at the hotel. They did have a refrigerator next to the reception that we could use. The cleaning is good and price is low. But in total not at all a nice experience!

Good on the budget. Note no cold water was available most days. Staff is friendly. Downtown is noisy and there is some noise in the hotel as well from everyone, but gets better at night.
