All meals are a la carte, which is good. However, hotel is in need of maintenance... Hot tubs were not working for most of my stay, elevator broke down twice during my stay.

This hotel has beautiful rooms with amazing views, however the service from the staff was less than adequate. There are no phones in the room, so you have to text the staff with any needs through the What's App app. We had a 10 day stay. Our 2nd day, AC went out, took 2 days to fix. The 4th day, the microwave went out, after repeated texts and in person requests, the microwave was never fixed during our entire stay. I requested coffee be delivered at 8am to our room, it never arrived. After repeated texts I was assured it would be delivered promptly, never got it. Around 5pm, the gate to the beach is locked so you have to get a staff member to let you out onto the beach. To get back in, you have to again, text them. After texting NUMEROUS times, and waiting for 45 minutes to be let back into the hotel, my husband and I had to scale the wall to get back inside. These are just a few examples of the poor customer service we received during our stay. Unfortunately, the service at this hotel is pretty bad, so much so, that even though we loved the room, the view and the location, we will not be staying here ever again.

Beautiful and large rooms, amazing views. Great amenities in the room. Nice property, good location. Lacks good maintenance. The sofas in the room had stains and were dirty. Several areas in the property need some care.

The staff was horrible and rude to us when we got to the hotel. We asked for a room service and it arrived 40’ late and cold. We ordered a taxi and a lunch box for the morning and neither of those were there when we left for our expedition. Some of the charges on our bill weren’t from our room! We Never felt welcome at that hotel. The restaurant was fine. The concierge was the worst person at that hotel, rude, arrogant and incompetent.

Overall I liked the property, it is small and quiet. The room looks as presented online. I loved my balcony it was facing the ocean and private enough if I wanted to lay out in the nude. The hotel has only one restaurant and it closes at 10pm in addition all of their meals are kids portions. I actually lost one pound while staying 4 days and I am not exaggerating. The snack area is a vending machine that the front desk did not have change in exchange for pesos. For your return flight Be sure to schedule your COVID test upon arrival because they didn’t ask and if you forget you will need to get it at the airport. The hotel is not near shopping if that is your fancy. It’s a shame because I would stay again if they fixed what I consider a food and snack challenge.

The reason for the neutral ratings is because some rooms were being renovated while I was there so while trying to relax by the pool all I could hear was power tools. The resort and quality of the room I stayed in was otherwise fine, but the construction sounds were very disappointing and I didn’t know in advance that they would be happening during my stay.

The location is fantastic and so is ALL of the staff. But, the building itself needs lots of attention. We stayed in 3 different rooms because of a broken toilet, AC, sliding door to patio and plunge pool. We had a second toilet break, water leaking from the wall onto the floor and the black out shades didn't work. Those things we just lived with. I cannot say enough about how great the people are. They are the reason we still enjoyed our trip, despite all the issues.

La habitacion era muy bonita pero NO NOS DIERON LLAVE tenian q abrirnos con la llave maestra decian que no servia la maquina para programarla, la puerta del baño hacia un sonido muuuuuy molesto cada q se abria o cerraba, la salida check out, no habia gente en el lobby esperamos 15 min aprox, y aunque ya se habia pagado todo supuestamente al final hicieron otro cobro de impuestos, y la persona q aparecio en el lobby no nos podia entregar nuestro auto, nos pidio ir por nuestro auto pues el no sabia manejar...

This "Resort" was AWFUL!! There was black mold in our room. The AC vent was rusted and leaking water everywhere. The bedding smelled like mildew. The shower water never got warm, we ran it for close to 30 minutes before just giving up on warm water and rinsing in cool water. The giant glass bathroom door had fallen loose on the hinges and stuck on the floor and could not be opened or closed passed the halfway point. There was a loud hum/vacuum noise from the doors not sealing all the way, we had to put towels down to stop the noise. The ceiling looked as though it was about to fall down, the nails were rusted and popping out of the drywall and it was extremely wavy. I have photos and videos of everything. This place was nasty. They refused to let us cancel and refund the rest of our stay. We were scheduled for 6 nights. Instead I disputed the charges with our credit card. We stayed here less than 16 hours, and that was only because it took me a little while to get another resort lined up. They also charged additional fees upon check in that I'm not entirely sure what they were for. We were so happy to get out of there.

From the start we had issues even finding the hotel and when I called to get instructions they were unable to tell me exactly how to get to the hotel. Then I called back for more help with no answer to the phone. We finally found the hotel only to walk into a hotel that seemed very dirty and unkept. There were black dots all over the ceiling which I’m assuming is mold. There were rips in the couch and rust stains all over the floor. The curtains and couches had stains on them as well. The mirrors look worn down as well as the ironing boarding. I was scared to even use the ironing board on my clothes in fear of getting stains on them. The shower had little mold dots as well. Everything just feel extremely dirty, even the sheets had spots on them with a foul smell that smelt really old. Missing tiles in the tub on the outside of patio was another issue. I don’t even want to bring up the pool that was missing tiles as well as the drains busted out on the side. I have already contacted Expedia with these issues which they already tried contacting the hotel with no answer as well. We had to do an early checkout because of these issues and we are excepting a refund on the days we didn’t stay.

The property was exactly as described...small, quiet, and the staff was very hospitable and responsive. The rooftop restaurant did a great job with the nightly menu. It would be nice if the property allowed beach access to the south, no one could explain why the stairs on that side of the property were closed off.

Me gusto que esta junto al mar y la bonita vista desde todas las habitaciones, asi como el buen servicio del restaurant. No me gusto la decoración, la falta de privacidad del baño y la regadera. Las instalaciones se ven viejas y descuidadas. Tampoco me gusto que la playa del hotel esta llena de rocas.

The hotel itself is not wheelchair friendly. The room was spacious, clean and the hot tub/personal pool was fantastic! The onsite restaurant was expensive and the amount of foodserved was poor.

This probably the worst experience I had while going to a resort. Don't get fooled by the well-taken pictures of the pool and the ocean. There is only on restaurant for dinner service. The other you had to make prior reservations. Even though there was only 2 people in there they wouldn't allow us to eat there. Also, make sure your stay in clouded everything because initially we were told everything was included but come to find out that we only purchased the room for 600 dollars for 4 days 3 nights. And it would be an additional 95 dollar person. For ”all inclusive” which meant you get one restaurant, access to the pool, the beach is literally one tiny area with no chairs and if you want extra towels they charge a fee of 30 dollars. Which is ridiculous, because you already paid for everything to be included. So you get two gull length towels but you have to only use one towel for the beach and the other for after when you are cleaning off. The cabanas and chairs that you see are for the resort next for Iberostar. (which I highly recommend this all-inclusive instead. Because we ended up checking out of the artisan to stay at Iberostar. Because instead of paying the artisan the extra 600 dollars for their crappy all-inclusive. We went and paid 580 for 3 days and 2 nights at Iberostar,much better and more worth every penny.The artisan no entertainment or activities. So you are literally just forced to to hang out in your room or at the restaurant upstairs that closes at 10 pm.

If you are a couple and want to have a romantic getaway this place is the place to be. Couples only, there was only 3 couple in the infinity pool at once and it was so big that each couple picked a side and one in the middle and although everyone was friendly, we all respected our couple time. Andrea in the bar on groundfloor was amazing; Andrea embodies what customer service is and it was really refreshing to be serviced by someone that "gets it" and has the skill set to execute. Shout out to Ulises on the rooftop restaurant/bar, he was awesome to with the bartending skills with his killer different flavour margaritas, but also so friendly. Both Andrea and Ulises really confirmed how the Mexican people are a good and friendly people. Other notes would be to upgrade to "Ocean view" even thou all units face the ocean, you don't want to give up you privacy on your personal terrace by being on the ground floor. Also exchange money beforehand because although the hotel offers withdrawal and exchange service, it comes with a hefty 10% commission charge! ouch! cant' wait to be back!

Room was beautiful but bed was actually wet with a mold smell due to moisture in the room. Leak under sink which added to the overall damp feeling. Booking sun beds was inconsistent. We booked one but apparently it’s also first come first serve. When confronting the outdoor waitress she never apologized just said that these other people could have it even though we had booked it the day before. We asked for a detailed bill at the end of our stay and they could not provide it. Food is okay but nothing special. Staff in restaurant were amazing.

Vista espectacular , servicio ok, necesita mejor mantenimiento y mayor variedad de bebidas, Solo 2 tipos de cervezas. El mini bar del cuarto debiera ser mejor, solo 2 cervezas, 2 refrescos y 2 papas lays, tomando en cuenta q no hay donde comprar nada alrededor debería estar mejor surtido. Las almohadas no están a la altura de la calidad del hotel. Los cuartos espectaculares al igual que la piscina.

Pas de plage malgré les photos trompeuses. Personnel de la réception pas sympathiques. Il faut tout demander: vaisselle pour la kitchenette, l’eau pour le pseudo jacuzzi, si vous partez à la recherche d’une plage avec une serviette de l'hôtel vous devrez laisser une pièce d’identité. Seul point positif la chambre spacieuse et une belle douche.

Die Größe des Zimmer und die Einrichtung war fantastisch. Sehr schönes Interieur. Das Zimmer hat nur ein Problem „undicht Fenster“ bei einer stürmisch Nacht, was am Meer nicht gerade selten ist das der Wind geht, ist es so gut wie unmöglich zu schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel. Der Wind drück von der Wasserfront die Luft ins Zimmer und auf der anderen Seite wieder hinaus. Wodurch ein klassisches Wind Pfeifen entsteht. Ich kann es nicht sagen ob alle Zimmer das Problem haben... wir hatten nur einen Nacht und wollte um 23uhr keinen tam tam mit zimmer Umzug veranstalten.

BOOK THIS HOTEL
Came to celebrate our anniversary and it was fabulous. The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious but the service made it even better. The entire staff were so friendly and polite. Denise at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. Fabiana at the pool was great, Gabriel our waiter most of our stay was amazing. He knew everyone's name, was always smiling and running to get you whatever you needed to have the best meal. He went above and beyond your regular service and made our stay even better. Sad to leave but we'll definitely be returning. Thank you all for a great time.

The hotel is amazing . Great views, great staff .
Really good hotel . Only negatives I can think of is that you don't have a Jacuzzi in your balcony, it's more of a "mini pool" as hotel staff tell you . We had a few issues with the ATM machine in the hotel dispensing the wrong amount of money so I'd recommend taking plenty of US dollars . Also Be sure to take plenty of toiletries as there are no convenience stores around, we unfortunately only took a travel tooth paste and ran out with a day to go and couldn't find anywhere to buy some more.

Was there for my 20 th , my wife was impress with the set-up in our room.......the very best of a time...for couples only....no kids.!!!!!!!! Wonderful nights...some really good quite time .
