I had all along a very good stay but 2 times had almost horrible experiences. 1. there is no onsite taxi service and the onsite tour service nexus tours were not really very coordinated. 2. Food at the italian place was sent all burnt. food at the mexican restruant was delayed for like 40 mins. there was a clear discrimination for people like me. the condition where they dont have any taxi or onsite shuttle almost could have cost me few grands of USD...

'Our family of 6 stayed in the family suite for 3 nights. 2 double beds and a separate room with a king bed, 1 bathroom. The 1 bathroom was a little tricky especially in the morning and at shower time, but we made it work. Our only complaint for the room is no hot water for showers, but maybe this is throughout the property. We liked the food as it was more authentic than a different property we stayed at right before going to Condovac. We would've liked the buffet eggs at breakfast to be more...

'Prachtige locatie. 50 minuten vanaf vliegveld Liberia met taxi.Hotel erg prijzig.. Ongeschikt indien slecht ter been. Veel klauter en klimwerk dan wel gebruik maken van transport middels buggies die permanent gasten naar hun kamers rijden. Hotel ligt vanaf zee bergopwaarts . Ligging wel vrij geïsoleerd, dus geen dorpjes in omgeving. Erg aangewezen op voorzieningen in hotel of het zeer kostbare Four Seasons hotel middels gratis shuttle transport op 10 minuten afstand. Prachtige golfbaan vlakbij...

'I wish I could give the staff 100 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️!! Professional, accommodating and super nice staff. Whatever we ask them, they did it with a smile. For example, we were going on a tour and they loaned us towels that we returned upon our return. Beautiful hidden gem of a hotel!'

The entire staff from the front desk, wait staff, bartenders, cleaning crew, were all so welcoming, helpful and truly nice people. The resort is very peaceful and not overcrowded. 'Eric was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was immaculately clean. The unit itself was very clean and high tech, with a great AC unit. The walk to the beautiful beach takes 3 minutes, but there's a ditch crossing along the way that might be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues.'

'The condo has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals and starting your day with a morning coffee. The unit was very clean, loved the patio we had just outside our door, spacious with a good amount of shade during the day. The pool provided a lovely way to cool off while doing a few laps. The property is close to a couple of grocery stores/mini markets and the beach is with in a 15 minute walk.'
