This is a tranquil and beautiful property secluded in the mountains, but not too far from anything the drive there is green and relaxing, and you may even see baby pigs! Staff made sure to make us feel at home. Look out for hairy aliens at night by the pool. Which was the friendly dog with night lights. '

The staff has been very friendly and incredibly helpful - I happened to drop my phone in the flood during the sudden downpour, right before we were taking the taxi to the ferry terminal, one of the staff at El Blok saved my day by helping find it out, which I cannot appreciate more.'

'A super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. '
