'Beautiful location, with beautiful swimmingpool with view over the Ocean, Ara's and whales. Friendly employees (95%), but for a 5star expected I more... For my Birthday I got a special dessert. Massage was nice with the sounds of the Ara's and ocean at the background. Spacy room and good beds. At sealevel an extra place to stay. I can recommend this hotel!'

'Our stay was fine to good. Perhaps perfectly acceptable for a three-star resort. The line for check in and check out was long and slow. There were mostly locals there, if that's the vibe you're looking for. The entrance to the resort is a long and bumpy ten minute drive, so lesving the resort was kind of annoying. Families should note that room doors aren’t toddler-proof and balconies could be unsafe for small children. Playa Mantas is nearby (parking can be tricky and costly). Playa Blanca requires additional fee and isn’t accessible through the hotel'

'Clean room and steps from the pool. The air conditioner is ice cold and the bed very comfy. We also liked the spacious shower. Pops ice cream is to die for and we enjoyed the short walk to mantas beach where we saw many monkeys with their babies, a sloth and her baby too along with the resident macaws! The pool is clean huge and very welcoming!! We liked the iguanas sunning beside the pool too. We would stay again, very private and abundant wildlife too'

'The highlight of the accommodation is the view from the terrace. The pool is also nice. We spent the last night of our Costa Rica trip here. The location is convenient for visiting Carara Park. The room was clean. The furnishings could be cozier, but we were already aware of that before and it didn’t bother us too much. You’ll likely spend most of your time on the terrace anyway. Noise from the road, which is often criticized, was not noticeable or disturbing to us at night.'

They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. 'The location is good just minutes away from the beach. However the area is very crowded with cars parked on the way to the beach. The room that was assigned to us had some leaks from the toilet and the A/c vents. The staff changed the room after we complained which was good. Also let us check out late with minimal charges. However the residents who uses the pool plays loud music with no care for other residents. The management should look into this. The faucets and showers need to be changed...
