We were in the rainforest but steps from the beach. We could hear the ocean waves from our dome and waking up to the Howler Monkeys was a highlight along with seeing SloMo the Sloth and her baby.

Heel dicht bij het strand en ook daar zijn voorzieningen van het hotel. Persoonlijk 1 van de mooiste stranden die er zijn in de regio. Ook omdat het zo rustig is daar.'

Literally, EVERYTHING was great.
We highly recommend this place. Take the little plane to the Limon airport and just have them set up your transportation. They'll have someone waiting for you. We had zero problems. Everything went as smooth as possible because of the Awa staff! We will return to the Caribbean coast of Punta Cana and most definitely stay at the Awa Beach Hotel again! I'd give them 10 stars...
