'Mooie bungalow, waar je in slaapt. Prima zwembad, personeel en ontbijt. Je loopt binnen 5 minuten het stadje “Las Terrenas” in en bent dan ook meteen bij het strand. '

'Prachtig hotel, gelegen met mooi uitzicht op de zee en zwembad! Eetgelegenheid (deel hotel) ligt op het strand, dus vlakbij (even weggetje oversteken). Erg gezellige sfeer! Verder 10 min lopen naar het drukke/levendige Las Terrenas. Personeel en service van hottel top, receptie en enkele bediening spreken Engels. 'Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.'

'I arrived at location around 3:30 pm of the reservation date and I found by staff that it was rented to somebody else. No answers by phone of the owner. It was terrible! Very dissatisfied and frustrated after getting there without a place to stay with 2 people at 80's + years old. Terrible! Terrible!'

'The apartments are spacious and clean, the balcony/terrace has ample space. The pool is ok and decent size but the jacuzzi was a plus for me because the weather wasn’t the hottest at the time of my travel. The jacuzzi doesn’t get as hot as what I would be accustomed to, but none the less it was a perk. The beachfront view is amazing!
