'The highlight of the accommodation is the view from the terrace. The pool is also nice. We spent the last night of our Costa Rica trip here. The location is convenient for visiting Carara Park. The room was clean. The furnishings could be cozier, but we were already aware of that before and it didn’t bother us too much. You’ll likely spend most of your time on the terrace anyway. Noise from the road, which is often criticized, was not noticeable or disturbing to us at night.'

'We hebben een goede ervaring gehad tijdens ons verblijf. Alles was erg netjes en schoon. Ook en zwembad geldt dit voor. We hebben het geluk gehad dat er een apen familie over trok. En ara’s zaten te eten bij het restaurant. Daarnaast was de krokodillen tour die bij de receptie voor je gereserveerd kan worden erg leuk. Het restaurant is prima, en als optie zit er een soda aan het eind van de straat. Wij hebben er drie nachten overnacht.'

Massage was nice with the sounds of the Ara's and ocean at the background. Spacy room and good beds. At sealevel an extra place to stay. I can recommend this hotel!'

'Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a tasty breakfast, with nice surroundings where macaws and other birds are often visible. Families should note that room doors aren’t toddler-proof and balconies could be unsafe for small children. Playa Mantas is nearby (parking can be tricky and costly). Playa Blanca requires additional fee and isn’t accessible through the hotel'

'Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,...

'There was no breakfast available in the morning before we left at 715am. There were no staff to be found at that time. The first room they gave us the shower was broken spraying water all over the room. The second room the shower was a little better but still had issues. When going to bed it was and you could hear others talking outside our room. The WiFi was not working for us and it was jist brushed off. They did not seem to care just saying they would look into it but never got back to...

'Staff was very attentive and helpful with anything I needed or any questions I had. They helped set up transportation and booked adventures for me. Will be coming back to stay!'

'The breakfast in the morning was exceptional. The pool and lounge chairs/cabanas are very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My partner and I even forgot a few items in our room after checking out and they made us aware of that immediately so we didn’t leave them behind '
