'We stayed in the Superior Villa/Villa Agalla and the view was beautiful. The property felt secluded and we enjoyed our stay. This villa does need some maintenance, but overall a wonderful week. For example, the shower floor tiles are loose and will stick to to the bottom of your feet. We couldn't use the grill because it is charcoal but the bottom is burned out of it. There is no air conditioned common space, it is all open air. However, the bedrooms are air conditioned for a good nights...

'The location of the property is beautiful, set back from the road and elevated for a great view of the Pacific. We particularly enjoyed the Happy Hour each day at 5:00 to enjoy the fabulous sunsets. The pool, the colorful plants, the toucans, tanagers, orapendulas and numerous other birds added so much to our visit. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Our 5 days spent at Cristal Ballena were top notch!'

'We enjoy incorporating a visit to some glamping in our travels and this is definitely the way glamping should look and feel. Despite living in a tent, we had our own bathtub, outdoor shower and personal space which was isolated from everybody else.
In addition to that, we had access to a Jacuzzi swimming pool, barbecue area and common area.
