'Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. 'Should be called PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW even though the listing was titled oceanview. Otherwise the place was huge and the best part was the staff who were super friendly. It’s in a secluded cove which means that other than the food they have (which isn’t included, and is reasonable but expensive by Mexico standards) you’re probably taking a 10 minute taxi for a cappuccino etc. The breakfast was yummy. 'This is a pretty hotel. Very large. The beaches are wonderful, especially for children. The room was a good size. The Club room was nice to have. The staff if very friendly and attentive. Probably the best staff of any All Inclusive that I have been to. I really only have a few concerns. Check in took a long time. Only two people checking in people. The pool is a good size but few chairs. My biggest complaint is the food. I understand that All Inclusive food is never great. So my expectations...

'Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!'

'Estuvo bien yo me hospede en un bungalow y si ya le hace falta su mantenimiento en general, lo q no me gustó esq para llegar a la playa no está a 10 min sino q más tiempo y el camino para llegar está muy feo está alejado de las cosas y no encuentra uno buena comida y aparte cara para lo q es, no hay amenidades cerca a excepción del tour de visitar las bahías q nos recomendó la persona q nos atendió la verdad super recomendada'
