Oceaan eigendom; omgeven door de Stille Oceaan. Net ten zuiden van Rosarito en twee uur rijden van San Diego, kunt u genieten van alle gemakken van een luxe huis met de rust en de schoonheid van Baja. Authentieke Mexicaanse Saltillo tegel, en ambachtelijke decoraties, zoals Oaxaca stoffen en Sonora houtsnijwerk. Aangepaste mahonie houten vloeren en handgemaakte open haarden; handgemaakte hacienda stijl meubels, moderne gemakken, zoals flatscreen-tv's in elke kamer met, Direct TV, Netflix HBO, Cinemax, PPV (games / gevechten). 180˚ uitzicht op de oceaan, de baai, en de kustlijn. Awesome!!

I needed a change of scenery and am so happy I found this place!! The house had everything I needed and was extremely comfortable. The views are breathtaking and sleeping and waking up to the sounds of the ocean are worth the price of admission alone!! The staff was so friendly and my dog made a few new friends with the dogs on the property. I can't thank everyone there enough for being so accommodating and making me feel so welcome and safe. Can't wait to get down there again!!

I booked one of the houses here for a reunion with some friends, and it was perfect. Right on the beach, the staff were extremely helpful and brought us water jugs which was great! Enrique was very nice and helpful towards the check-in/check-out process and any questions we had for him. Would definitely book again.

OMG! You will regret not renting this place for your next event or family vacation.

Words can not express the gratitude me, my new bride, and all of our friends and family have for the owner, manager, and staff who took great care of us while we celebrated our wedding weekend at Casa Playa Baja (CPB) near Puerto Nuevo. From year long planning of event to the day our trip started and we were actually staying at the property, Enrique and everyone else made sure we were completely comfortable and safe. This place is amazing for weddings. We plan to book a friends/family vacation in the near future. Thanks again CPB staff for your professionalism and attentiveness to our needs during our stay. Beautiful property with beautiful views and all of the amenities that you would one.

I wasn't sure what to expect having never been to Mexico outside of Cancun. I was absolutely blown away! I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Enrique was welcoming and hospitable. The house and the property and all of the amenities were abundant and made for an unforgettable weekend. We felt very safe and the security guards were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we realized we forgot coffee, we were going to run up to the store and buy some. The security guard realize that we were only leaving to buy coffee and insisted that we just take some of hisinstead. I will absolutely be back again.

There location was perfect for our family getaway! Close to food and drinks, and great views! Enrique and Juvenal were friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed the fire pit and we're glad they had firewood available for a small fee. We had a great time and hope to visit again soon!

Fabulous Weekend Getaway!

This villa is gorgeous and the views are amazing. Everything was clean and well maintained. Property description was accurate. Beautiful property and our group of 8 enjoyed every minute. We had 6 adults and 2 kids - a 4 year old and 8 year old, and they had a blast too. It's a great place to relax and spend time with friends and family. The service was excellent, very friendly, attended to every need (Our villa didn't have a coffee maker, but one was brought to us right away.), and liked that it was gated. Only downside was beach is rocky, pool wasn't warm and the hot tub never got really hot. Nervous about some of the stairways to the upper floors/patios because of the kids but they were fine. Fire wood wouldn't light, just smoked and smoldered. We had gone wine tasting and visited Ensenada on this trip. Wish we had more time to check out more of the sites and activities in Puerto Nuevo and just enjoy the villa a little longer. Looking forward to going back! Would highly recommend this location for a relaxing getaway.

Amazing stay at an amazing villa!

I chose this listing for a birthday weekend for me and 10 of my girlfriends. We had an amazing time!! The actual house was beautiful, the view was spectacular and the pool was amazing too. The first thing I thought was that it looked exactly like the pictures, which is usually not the case. I couldn't get over the views...right on the ocean. Enrique could not have been more accommodating. We had a few issues with the refrigerator, but he was readily available to make sure the 2nd fridge downstairs was cleaned out for us to use. It was a little inconvenient but totally out of his control and he did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. There were white towels provided but we each brought a few beach towels as well to ensure there was enough for showering. We made breakfast sandwiches in the kitchen, cooked dinner on the charcoal grill (be sure to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid! We learned that the hard way) and we built a fire in the fire pit to roast some s'mores (had to go out and get firewood, but it's right up the road). Make sure to bring your own seasonings, cooking oil, butter etc...there was salt and pepper - but that's it! There were a few spatulas and 2 small pans. There was a full set of dishes but we used paper plates and plastic cups to avoid too much mess. The 3 king beds were extremely comfortable and we were actually able to sleep 3 to a bed. The cots provided are a little wonky, they're actual cots, not rollaway beds...not very comfortable for sleeping but we used them for laying out on the rooftop! The pullout couch worked out nicely for us and we also had an air mattress, so we were set! Hearing the ocean at night while laying in bed was amazing. We brought a ton of rafts for the pool and had an amazing time down there. We had no issues with the guests staying in the other 2 villas. There was a group of 15 in one and a family of 8 with kids in another. I do wish there were more lounge chairs...there were only 3, then a handful of normal chairs. But we were in the pool the majority of the time anyway so it didn't really affect us much. There's 24 hour security and a gate which made us all feel secure. Everyone was super friendly. Enrique even called us taxis when we wanted to go out to dinner in order to get us the best rate. I highly recommend this place!!! I can't wait to go back :)

Beautiful home with amazing view

Great oceanfront home with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The pool and jacuzzi area was very clean and the views were unbelievable. Enrique, our host, was very helpful and very responsive to any request we had.

The pictures do not do this place justice! The houses are very large, the views are incredible, and the community the house is located is very calm and welcoming. We were outside/out in Rosarito for most of the weekend! The DirecTV did not work unfortunately, and the hot water downstairs did not work either. We hired a chef for one of the days and she was a great cook however it was a bit over priced, it ended up being $200 for a taco meal for 9 people. Overall great stay, will come again.

The listing description is accurate and the pictures also paint a clear picture of Casa Noches de Verano. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. We actually rented all three properties that are available on this lot. Enrique who manages the properties is helpful, quick to answer questions, and was attentive to our needs before we arrived and during our stay. He was easily accessible by email for text. This makes all the difference, because if something isn't working on a property, the last thing you want is to spend your vacation tracking down someone to assist you. We would recommend the property to anyone, although hate to do so, because we know it will be harder and harder to get. We were surprised to learn that we could walk to small taco shops from the property which was cool. The property is gated and you receive a gate clicker so you can control who is coming and going. We also found a great local cook who cooked meals for us. Feel free to contact me for more information. We had ages from 47-3 and everyone had a really good time. We loved having the grassy lawn, fire pits at night, and the ocean right there. The pool was well maintained (although not heated). The hot tub was heated and could get really warm which was nice. We loved all of the roof top decks. The beds and linens were well cared for, and nice to sleep on. They provided plenty of towels, but bring beach towels. They also provided bottled water, and we had brought our own, so don't bring it. Each house had plenty of appliances, blenders, coffee makers, etc. If you want to have fire in the fire pits you will need to arrange wood to be delivered. We quickly received our deposit back. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I was very nervous about renting a new listing in Mexico with very few reviews but we took the risk and we LOVED IT. Already planning the next stay.
