Guest access
- Gated community with guards
- Need to have a reservation and show ID to enter

- Lockbox with key to enter unit

Other things to note
For the safety of our guests and property, we use a Ring Doorbell camera at the entrance door. The device records only the exterior entrance and does not monitor interior spaces. Your privacy is very important to us.

As our guest, you have full access to all resort features:

- One near the entrance (next to the houses)

• Jacuzzis (3 total)
- One in each building
- One near the entrance (next to the houses)

• Fire Pits (4 total)
- Two in each building (gas-powered in our building)

• Fitness & Recreation (in the other building)
- Gym (2nd floor)
- Game room with Ping Pong & Air Hockey table (3rd floor)
- Pool table (4th floor)


To access grilling areas & Rooftop Terrace, you must reserve with the Resort Reception Desk:
• Grilling Areas (10 total)
- Four in each building
- Two near the entrance (next to the houses)

• Rooftop Terrace (Roof Garden of Monterey Tower - our building)
- Two Grilling/BBQ areas
- Two dining tables
- Lounge seating with panoramic views

Note: The grilling/BBQ areas require charcoal or firewood. Please bring your own supplies and allow extra time—they’re slower than gas grills.

Bottles or any glass objects are not allowed in common areas.

Common Areas Open Hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 10 am to 9 pm
• Friday to Sunday: 10 am to 10 pm
