'Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, powerful showerhead, great Black out curtains and the heat worked well. Cons: People yelling outside my door as soon as the sun came up both days. The smell of cigarette smoke every time I had to cut the bathroom light/fan on. I guess it sucked it under the adjoining door's cracks. The couch with all the holes and tears in the upholstery should be replaced. Side note: I have never booked a suite with a kitchen that had absolutely nothing in the kitchen...

'Check-in procedure was excellent. The young man from New York who checked us in was absolutely amazing. I unfortunately don’t remember his name, but his customer service was top-tier. Friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The property itself was very clean and well-kept. Parking was a little tight, but nothing major. The only issue I had was with the checkout process. Checkout was at 11:00 AM, and instead of simply calling the room as a courtesy reminder, someone knocked on the door...
