'Bad experience at check in but hotel is beautiful. Room views and service is top notch! Only bad experience was at check in. When booked with expedia 2 adults and 2 childs, site said we could have a roll out bed free of charge. At check in the lady said that it is not free, and it is not offered free by any of their partners like expedia. I did not want to argue with the girl because, I was tired after a long day at the amazon, so I paid the additional $. Next morning I checked expedia again...

Hard wood stools with no backs at the dining table and 2 hardwood barstools. There was a small futon otherwise and with 5 people it was a bit uncomfortable. 3rd floor so be prepared to climb stairs.
