'The national teachers union had thousands of their members staying in tents around the hotel and the surrounding area. They were justifiably unhappy about their scandalously low wages and changes to their pensions. The protesters were exceptionally nice people and the hotel staff maintained a respectful atmosphere in a challenging environment. I can’t say enough nice things about the young man who carried my bag for two blocks to pick up my Uber to the airport. Terrific service on his part....

'Mal servicio, llegamos a la habitación y no habian toallas ni una sola, fui al lobby y ni siquiera me las llevaron si no que me hicieron esperar para que yo misma las llevara, reservamos una estadia por 3 dias y unicamente habia un rollo de papel de baño, era reservacion para 4 personas y solamente habian dos botellas de agua, cafetera sin cafe una silla manchada como de popo, aunque el hotel luce muy bien le falta mucho para una buena estadia. '20/10 encantado con la estancia, habitación bastante limpia y linda, camas cómodas, cortesías, baño y ducha excelente con agua caliente y toallas, y si no es suficiente con una TV grande y A/C, además de vista hacia el exterior, lo recomiendo bastante y en mi próxima visita sin duda elegiré este hotel, ya que además está bien ubicado.'

'This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally.'

'We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here '
