'Had a 3 night stay at this hotel, the staff is very polite and well trained. Breakfast buffet offers a good diversity of Asian and European dishes and the kitchen works hard to keep up the pace. Location is pretty far away from makati and the airport so with the always terrible traffic (between 8am and 19pm) it will take you about 1,5 hour to get to makati with the taxi. 'Strange entrance being joined to the mall, but a cool location! It's a nice safe place to visit Binondo and close to all the shopping areas. The room was quite big and had everything. The room layout felt like a big suite'

'The staff here is super nice. This hotel is located in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manilla and is an area with some folks who are struggling financially. So if you stay here you will be contributing to a neighborhood that needs the support of good people. It is not dangerous at all. I actually want to see this side of a city and see what folks are really dealing with. I saw aspects of Manila here that I would not have seen had I stayed elsewhere.
