'Lovely stay. The personnel is very polite and attentive. The accommodation is new and nicely decorated. Its a nice amd safe neighbourhood , half an hour walkiing distance from the city center. I would recommend this place!'

'We booked this hotel last minute as our travel plans were altered by protesters blocking the highway to Puerto Escondido. Very glad we decided to stay here! The hotel was very pretty, quiet and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there are some great restaurants nearby. My only negative was the rock-hard beds which, for some reason, tend to be the norm for smaller hotels in Mexico. Would definitely stay here again (if they provide a bed topper)!'

'Very nice place to stay if you're looking for something quaint. The room that I stayed in was small but comfortable. No A/C but the fan was enough to keep everything cool. The shower head initially was leaking, but they came a replaced it the following day that I informed them of this which was awesome. The provide water and a shared kitchen area. The location is also quite convenient; not a far walk into the centre. '

'I had a wonderful stay! The staff was so kind and friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. The terrace was gorgeous. A great place to have coffee in the morning and do a little reading. Location was also perfect. Everything I wanted to do was a quick 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. '

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
