"The two reserved tower rooms with partial ocean view were not provided when checking in. After complaining about that we were moved from the third floor to the seventh floor where we could see the ocean partially. Furthermore, during the booking process we were offered "slot play" as an included amenity, but this has not been available for more than two years according to the reception employees."

"The hotel is located at Calle El Conde,the main street.That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket ! Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by. It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use). The room was cleaned every day. The bed was good. The shower was excellent,as well as the airco. Omar and the girl at the reception (forgot her name)were very friendly and helpful ! The only thing that could improve was the breakfast:not enough variety."
