The apartment is located on the first floor (no lift) of a very peaceful residence where quiet must be respected.

Take advantage of its private parking space (small size) to enjoy your holiday on foot. The most beautiful beaches are at the foot of the residence (Les plages du Perello).

- Private entrance with storage space and WC.
- Living room with sitting area, sofa (bed), dining table for 4 people and television.

- Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle and toaster.
- Bathroom with bathtub.
- Bedroom with two double bunk beds and storage space.

Enjoy the balcony, sheltered from the wind and overlooking the sea, where you can share a meal with friends or family.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin bags and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: £35 including VAT for 2 people, £45 including VAT for 3 people, £55 including VAT for 4 people + £10 including VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes: Complete bed linen set (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels).
