TY FLOSQUE - Nice family house near the beach

Welcome to Ty Flocque, a warm house ideally located less than 15 minutes walk from the sea.

As soon as you enter the house, you will discover a welcoming living room, a bright dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen. A double bedroom with a large 180x200 bed completes this level, as well as a bathroom directly accessible from the garage (perfect for returning from the beach!)

When you go upstairs, three spacious bedrooms await you, ensuring a comfortable space for everyone. 2 bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 queen size beds and the third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. Le Pallier offers a relaxing area with a television, as well as a selection of books and games to enhance your moments of rest. The first floor also has a bathroom.

The fenced garden offers a safe space for children, while the terrace invites you to enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing moments outside.

Ty Flosq offers you a friendly atmosphere, allowing you to take advantage of every moment, to make your stay unforgettable.

The little extras that you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist places to visit!
Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most tourist places in the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit Pointe Saint Mathieu, the castle of Kergroadès, or the museum of the navy in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, The Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts...
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 parish priest's school (theme park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are nearby. For those who play golf, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
