These rooms benefit from a magnificent view of the Penzé and its boats, offering a different spectacle at each tide. This level also has a double bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms, all with a view of the river, allowing you to wake up every morning to an exceptional panorama. A fourth bedroom equipped with two bunk beds will delight children or groups. You will also find a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Outside, enjoy a large garden with trees going down to the Penzé and the GR34, offering a breathtaking view of the charming port of Pont de la Corde. The beautiful wooden terrace is ideal for sharing a meal, having an aperitif at sunset or simply admiring the landscape in a peaceful atmosphere.

For lovers of outdoor activities, a cellar is available to store bicycles, paddles, kayaks or any other nautical equipment.

Sailing enthusiasts will appreciate the possibility of having an anchorage for their boat near the property. This service is only offered on prior request and at an additional cost, to allow you to fully enjoy the Penzé and the bay of Morlaix directly from your place of stay.
