Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), with memory foam mattress topper and dressing area.
- Bedroom 2: a retractable queen-size bed (160×200), a bunk bed (sleeps two) and storage space.
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed outdoor space of around 150 m² with a concrete/wood terrace, facing south/south-west with furniture (parasol, table, chairs, charcoal barbecue, 2 sun loungers) to enjoy the fine weather, as well as an outdoor solar shower.
- Technical area with bike hook-up and space to store your kayaks, paddles and other equipment.
