Come and stay in this authentic and warm fisherman's house, just a stone's throw from the water sports centre and coastal paths. Located in an ideal neighbourhood for a family seaside holiday, the house is only 400 metres from the beach! Whether you are a fan of relaxing, cultural or sporting holidays, in Plouguerneau you will find what you are looking for.

This house also has a large garden ideal for trying out Breton bowls or simply relaxing! You can also have your meals there thanks to the garden furniture at your disposal and enjoy delicious food all summer long thanks to the barbecue.

On the ground floor, you will find the living area comprising a lounge space with comfortable sofa and armchair and a coffee table, ideal for sharing an aperitif or simply chatting. A dining room is located next door, with a fireplace (which is not functional). You will also find the independent kitchen, fully equipped with: a fridge/freezer, an oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, as well as all the utensils necessary for cooking. You will have access to a bathroom with shower and WC.



* The second bathroom located upstairs is currently under renovation and will not be available before October 2026.



On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140/190) and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed (90/190). On the second floor, the third bedroom, with a double bed (140/190), ideal for observing the starry sky before falling asleep. A toilet is also present on this floor.



For your comfort, you will find a washing machine as well as two private parking spaces.

The accommodation does not have a socket specially designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and instead use a dedicated charging point.
