Summary:

If you are a lover of old stones and tranquillity, this charming fully renovated Breton house will be your ideal refuge during a stay in the Finistère region. It is ideally located 200m from the sea, opposite the lovely lighthouse of the Virgin Island.



The Space:

Upon entering the house, you will discover a charming living area with its small mezzanine, ideal for reading a good book left at your disposal. From this room, you access the through kitchen, new and fully equipped. It then leads to a WC, the shower room with shower, then the living room equipped with a lovely fireplace to warm up in winter after having done a good hike along the seaside. Still on the ground floor, you will find a first bedroom with its double bed.



Upstairs, 2 other rooms full of charm with their exposed beams, equipped with a double bed in 140 x 190 for one and a single bed in 90 x 190 for the other. However, the floor is low-ceilinged: mind your head for tall people!



This beautiful Breton house is built on a vast fully enclosed plot of over 3500m², ideal for children or animals. This property is also a testament to history, with its old stones, authentic character and its (secured) well. The quiet location close to the sea allows you to escape the bustling urban life. You can enjoy relaxing walks by the sea, hike, cycle, fish or simply relax on one of the many beaches.



A small room is also made available to you for storing the pushchair, a few bicycles, paddles...



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.



This house is managed by Hestia Conciergerie, to guarantee you a unique and unforgettable traveller experience. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help you organise your trip, recommend the best addresses and also book activities according to your wishes. We also offer a rental service: childcare equipment, games, sports equipment (scooters, paddles, molkky...) You will thus feel right at home!



A security deposit will be required before each stay. This must be paid via a secure credit card authorisation through our digital welcome booklet.



Smokers are accepted but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



Pets are also welcome; the garden is fully fenced. The pet surcharge is to be paid via our digital welcome booklet (€8 per day).
