Charming house near the village, newly renovated

Located in Goëlo, in the former region of Saint-Brieuc, in the Côtes-d’Armor, we would be delighted to welcome you for a vacation with family or friends in our charming family home.
You can enjoy the lovely village, which is within walking distance, and the magnificent beaches nearby.

The house has two levels:

- On the first floor, you’ll find a large living area with an open-concept kitchen that opens onto the living room and dining room.
At the foot of the staircase is a bedroom with a 140x200 bed.
A half-bath is also located on this level.

-Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a 140x200 bed and ample storage space.
The bathroom features a double-sink vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a toilet.

Adjacent to the living room is a large covered terrace with a seating area and a garden bench, all opening onto the enclosed property.

You’ll also have access to lounge chairs in the garden.

Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your pet.
You’ll be responsible for cleaning up after your pet, of course.

Towels will be provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
Please remember to bring your own beach towels, though.
