It's a charming place, just a ten-minute drive from Étel, Plouhinec and Belz town centres. It's also a strategic location for exploring the Ria d'Étel, Quiberon Bay and the Gulf of Morbihan.

Access is via a staircase at the rear of the house, after passing through a covered vestibule.

On the first floor, the entrance to the flat has a storage and laundry area. A staircase leads to the flat on the second floor of the house. This is a duplex, with a bedroom on the first level and a sleeping area on the second.

Access to the sleeping area (children's bedroom) is via a staircase that is not easily accessible to very young children. This area is not enclosed.

Close to the Lorois bridge, which spans the Ria d'Etel, its location means you can easily reach Belz, take advantage of the lively port of Etel, visit the megalithic sites of Erdeven and Carnac, stroll along the quays of Saint Cado, discover the Bay of Quiberon and enjoy the many water sports on offer.

On the Plouhinec side, you have easy access to the Linès, Kervégant and Magouëro beaches, where you can enjoy a range of sporting activities as well as admiring the beautiful scenery.

Close to Lorient, Vannes and Auray.



Also worth a visit nearby are the charming little port of Le Vieux Passage, the oppidum of Mané-Coh-Castel, the Gallo-Roman Villa of Mané-Vechen and the many natural and megalithic sites in the surrounding area.



The Ria d'Étel, full of beauty, superb and mysterious, is one of the pearls of Morbihan. This 14km stretch of inland sea offers spectacular views from the shore or from a boat. It's a little corner of paradise, famous for the blue-shuttered house of Saint Cado, a real picture postcard of Brittany.
