Upstairs: - a mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), - a semi-open bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine. Outside: - a small 27 m² garden with a brand-new wooden deck and a private parking space. Available upon request: shuffleboard and molkky. Shelter is available for motorcycles or sports equipment. Located in the commune of Ploumilliau, in the heart of the Trégor region, between the Pink Granite Coast and the Bay of Morlaix, the Duplex de Kergomar awaits you for a stay between the sea and the countryside.
